          Protection Plan

          Protection 1st

Relax and Enjoy your new furniture!

We've got you covered! You invest a lot of your time and money to find just the right furniture for your home. Don’t let a mishap ruin that investment. Help protect the appearance of your new furniture with a Protection 1st plan. Keep life’s little mishaps from becoming big problems.

We want you to feel confident in your protection purchase, so if you are claim-free at the end of 5 years, we will apply half of the cost you paid for protection to a gift card usable within 90 days of the expiration of the plan.*

Protection Plans start at only $69 and normally represent 10-12% of a total purchase price.

          How the Protection Plan Works:

If the unexpected happens and you have a mishap, submit a claim within thirty (30) days of noticing the problem. Have your receipt and protection plan number ready when you call. To submit a claim please call 1-800-995-2229 or follow the link below.

Whether your purchase is fabric, leather or vinyl upholstery, area rugs, wood or other solid surface furniture, a Protection 1st Plan will help protect it so you can enjoy your new furniture without worrying for years to come!

          *The Half-Back Program

The Half-Back Program provides a way for customers to recoup some of the cost of an unused protection plan. Customers must make a purchase at the store where the plan was originally purchased within 90 days of the expiration of the protection plan. Any plan purchased prior to 07/01/23 is ineligible for the Half-Back program.
